Germany & Italy Our favorites from the trip: Rothensburg - Hotel was amazing! The old guy that owns it is the nicest man ever. Great pick! The night watchmen tour is a must and walking the wall. Munich-great beer gardens. Prague,
Botel Matylda was a great recommendation. Nothing but positive things to say about it.
Driving around was super easy (GPS is must). All the hotels and recommendations you had were spot on. The trip to
Germany and Prague was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for everything! Garrett, Laguna Niguel, CA
Prague & Italy Our trip was just amazing and I can't wait to tell you about it! Thank you again for all of your help! The cooking class was fabulous and the hotels were wonderful!! Casey, CA
Venice Carnivale in Venice was
great and thank you for remembering our anniversary with Prossecco, my
husband loved it. (he was
not a wine drinker, but is now) I am a wine drinker so I am very happy
he
has now joined me, LOL. The Ca Marie Adele,
their service was absolutely impeccable. We had a beautiful arrangement
of the bottle of Prossecco two glasses and nuts in our room, flower
petals on the bed and a huge free arrangement of drinks in our
refrigerator. Their
breakfast was amazing, delicious, abundant and made at the time
specified by us and we had a choice of the breakfast room or anywhere
else we wanted it including our room. Your attention was great from
beginning to end, we would you use again in a heartbeat. Karim Gorham

Napa Valley Wine Tour
We had a fantastic time! Tamara did an outstanding job with the tour. It
was a lot of fun going to the wineries and tasting shops throughout
Napa Valley in a limo. The Sunday night dinner at Botegga Ristorante was
truly the icing on the cake! I really enjoyed the great video-it really
brought back some fond memories of a great trip! We will definitely
recommend your tours to friends. Thanks so much for a fantastic
adventure.
Jim & Meredith B. Tupelo, MS Chianti Cooking Class Silvano and Rita are wonderful hosts and
the pride in their totally organic property is well founded. Excellent
wines and the Balsamic is to die for. We visited in Jan 2009 for a wine
tasting and will be returning in May 2010 for the cooking class and of
course another tasting. Can't wait! Gary-Sydney, Australia
Napa Valley Tour I can't stop talking about Del Dotto!! I've already started planning a girl's weekend to return to Napa. With so many wineries we would have been lost without your direction. All of your recommendations were wonderful and John our limo driver added to a great time. David & Beth, Bartlett TN Rome & Renaissance Going with Wine & Tours is the only way to go. Rome was more fascinating than I had imagined even with the crazy traffic. Taking water taxis around Venice and to Murano island to watch the glass blowing was great. I've received many compliments on the beautiful Murano glass jewelry I bought! Every detail was planned and organized making for a fun, exciting stress free trip- the language barrier itself could have been frustrating. Thank you Tamara for a trip of a life time with my life long friends of 30 years. Bonnie H. Memphis, TN
Chianti Cooking Class Upon arrival you'll notice the beautiful landscaping and upon further notice you can begin to smell the lavender and rosemary bushes. Silvano was a great host and explained the process of making balsamic vinegar and the rest of his homemade products. He provided us with and array of bread, salami and cheeses to try along with their signature products of wine, olive oil, truffle oil, etc. All the products were delectable and we ended up ordering quite a few things to be shipped home. The balsamic vinegar that was aged for 30 years was simply divine and it turned out to be a fabulous pairing with only a few drops on vanilla ice cream. You will not be disappointed! AC Chicago, IL
Chianti Cooking Class
I just returned from our trip to Italy.....one of the highlights was our
cooking class with Silvano and Rita. This is not your ordinary cooking
class! It was a full day, hands on class taught by Rita and translated
by Silvano. We made at least 10 different recipes (all delicious) and
received the recipes as well. We were also given a tour of the property
by Silvano. He gave us the history of his organic farm which includes
the vinyeard, olives groves, pigs and chickens, bees. We visited the
winery and the balsamic room where Silvano explained the production of
the Balsamico and his several delicious wines.
We then sat down for lunch and ate the dishes we had prepared and
sampled his wines, honeys, balsamic vinegars and truffles. YUM!! My
husband reluctantly joined me for this class and he may have enjoyed it
more than me!! This was also an intimate experience...just me, my
husband and another couple. Rita and Silvano are great hosts and will
tailor your class to meet your needs!! (vegetarian, etc.) I highly
recommend this experience to others, their products are awesome!
Pam-Houston, Texas Rome & Renaissance I had a ball!!! What a wonderful trip you planned for us and I'm very grateful for your time taking us through Italy. All the hotels were in wonderful locations and I loved the cooking class in Chianti! I loved every city for different reasons- Rome for its ancient ruins, Siena for the quaintness and landscaping in the countryside, Florence for the churches and statues, for me the papal tombs were very somber and memorable. And Venice for just being there. Thanks again and it would be great to travel with you in the future. Linda A. Marion, AR Florence Art & History Tour
Thanks for booking an art and history tour weekend for me, especially on
short notice. I'm studying in Spain and had time to visit Florence.
AMAZING! A weekend isn't long enough. Elizabetta my guide was so nice
and very knowledgeable. She took me everywhere, the Uffizi, Accademia,
the Duomo and the list goes on. A great night life too!

Tuscany Wine TourYes, the Enger's did arrive back in the States safe and sound! We are slowly getting back in the swing of things here. Our tour from Florence to Chianti and San Gimignano was so beautiful and we definitely enjoyed all of the winery tastings. We received your package yesterday and the pictures and video are great! Thanks again for the wonderful time, we will recommend you to everyone! Rose Enger Billings, MontanaTuscany
Chianti This place is not
only incredibly beautiful, but their products are
amazing. We ordered the honey, the olive oil, truffle oil, the
Reserve wine and the Mediovum wine. The Mediovum wine is quite
special -
an ancient recipe that the owner spent 11 years perfecting. I'm not
huge on desert wines, but this is unique and amazing. They fed us
salami, bread, honey, balsamic and the most amazing garbanzo beans
I've
ever eaten. Don't buy balsamic any where else!! Definitely worth the
trip! Avary Los Angeles, CABest of Tuscany
Our 5 day stay was perfect. Staying in Siena and doing day trips to
other villages and cities was great so we didn't have to pack and
unpack. It also gave us the opportunity to walk in the evening to the
square without transportation. Our driver Paolo took us to Montalcino. A
spectacular hilltop fortress city with an enoteca worth stopping at for
Brunello by the glass. We really enjoyed the winery tour and tasting at
Poggio Antico, especially to visit during harvest time. One of the
highlights besides the wine was to the abbey Sant Antimo. A resident
monk escorted us through the church and told us of the history and
architecture. All of the restaurant recommendations were spot on. We
hope return for the Palio race.

Mozzarella & Limoncello Tour, Private Guide in Florence You
can send anyone for the Mozzerella/Limoncello tour! The limoncello/baba factory was interesting with
nice people and tastings. Then they got us
and took us to the family business to watch them make the cheese. Not
only was it fascinating, but the whole family was sweet and the tasting was practically lunch. That was well worth it, even my
skeptical travel companions were enthused." George & Robin Chandler Germantown, TN
